Athlete’s Kitchen delivers twice weekly. We deliver on Wednesdays and Sundays between 3 pm and 9 pm EST. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
Our website will send you notifications for each delivery day you have scheduled orders. The drivers will also message you once the delivery has been completed.
Our delivery team will ask you on your first delivery if you are happy with the location of drop. You can add customized delivery instructions for when you are both home and away for the day.
Our recyclable cardboard packaging comes complete with insulators to keeps your meals within safe temperatures so they stay fresh until midnight on delivery day.
We are proud to buy Canadian and support our local businesses. All of our packaging is either reusable or recyclable.
